The annual dues help pay for surveillance cameras located around the neighborhood, the directory, this web site, zoning issues, the Street Party, the New Neighbor Party, public area landscape maintenance, traffic and any other issues that affect the neighborhood that are of a concern to the HBNA. HBNA's fiscal year is January 1 to December 31; dues for 2025 can be paid starting October 2024.
