The HBNA is the overall organization for neighborhood activities in the area bounded by Peachtree Road on the south, Peachtree Dunwoody Road on the west, Windsor Parkway and Wimberly on the north, and Osborne Road on the east. Benefits of membership are wide-ranging and include the following:
License Plate Readers that monitor inbound and outbound traffic at all neighborhood entrances
The best neighborhood directory in Atlanta
Maintenance of 20 landscaped triangles and parks that give Brookhaven its charm and character
Creation and installation of a landscaped triangle at Club and Peachtree
Support of Little Nancy Creek Park and Brookhaven Park Annual Street Party
Creation and maintenance of an interactive website – i.e. pay dues online
Email system that has actually saved lives
Newsletters New Neighbor welcome packages and an annual party
Maintaining and continuously updating a neighborhood database
Printing, mailing, processing annual invoices
Participation in zoning requests, attend zoning meetings
Redesign and construction of the HBNA entrance monuments
Provides representatives to NPU-B, BCN, BBCA
Maintain relationships with our 3 different political representatives
Members are identified with a current year sticker on their mailbox.

$275.00
Annual dues for HBNA are $275 for 2025 and includes 1 directory.
The annual dues help pay for surveillance cameras located around the neighborhood, the directory, this web site, zoning issues, the Street Party, the New Neighbor Party, public area landscape maintenance, traffic and any other issues that affect the neighborhood that are of a concern to the HBNA. HBNA's fiscal year is January 1 to December 31; dues for 2025 can be paid starting October 2024.
